Focuz Medical, a growing medical device manufacturing company in Surat, is hiring! We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our daily business operations. The intern will assist in coordinating operational activities, managing logistics and inventory, and ensuring smooth execution of orders and dispatch processes.

This role is ideal for students who want practical exposure to operations management, supply chain coordination, and business processes within the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating logistics and supporting dispatch management
Tracking incoming and outgoing inventory with the warehouse team
Maintaining operational documentation and records
Supporting daily office operations and inter-department coordination
Assisting in improving operational processes and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

Students currently pursuing BBA / BCom / MBA / B.Tech / BE
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to work collaboratively with different teams

Job Location: Vesu, Surat

Working Days: Hybrid (3 days per week)

Stipend: As per company policy / Industry standards
