Description:

Focuz Medical, a growing medical device manufacturing company in Surat, Gujarat, is hiring an OEM & Merchandising Coordinator to manage and coordinate OEM projects, product sourcing, vendor communication, merchandising activities, and market research. The role will involve coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects from sourcing to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate OEM projects with internal teams, vendors, and customers
Manage product sourcing, vendor identification, and vendor evaluation
Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, samples, specifications, and product development
Conduct market research and analyze product and pricing trends
Prepare cost comparisons and support commercial negotiations
Coordinate merchandising activities and maintain product-related documentation

What We’re Looking For:

MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in OEM, sourcing, merchandising, procurement, or the medical device industry
Good understanding of vendor management and product sourcing
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
Ability to conduct market research and prepare commercial comparisons
